How long will it take to ship my order?

We make an effort to process your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed for shipping. If there is a delay, we will make every attempt we can to notify you. Though we aren’t always perfect, we try our best!

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a link with a tracking number you can use to check its status on the carrier's website. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

What should I do if my order is damaged or missing?

If your order is damaged please take a photo and contact us at info@trailblazergoods.com. If your order is missing, use the tracking information we sent you. If you cannot find a package that has been confirmed as delivered then please contact your local USPS or UPS office.

What is your return policy?
